How is product quality guaranteed? Are there any relevant certifications?

OUKE Machinery has established a comprehensive quality control system, with multiple rounds of rigorous inspections conducted throughout the entire process from raw material procurement and production processing to finished product delivery. Our products have obtained authoritative certifications from various countries and regions, including CE (European Union), EPA (United States), SONCAP (Nigeria), and SASO (Saudi Arabia), meeting the market access requirements of different regions. Meanwhile, all products are accompanied by quality certification certificates, and third-party inspection is available for sampling some core products.

What is the procurement process?

Our standard procurement process is as follows:

  • ① Customer Consultation: Provide information such as the required products, quantity, configurations, and target market.
  • ② Proposal & Quotation: We will provide product details, quotation sheets, and sample proposals (if needed).
  • ③ Order Confirmation: The customer confirms the quotation, signs the official procurement contract, and pays the advance payment.
  • ④ Production & Stock Preparation: We organize production in accordance with the contract terms and regularly update the customer on the production progress.
  • ⑤ Quality Inspection & Delivery: After the products are manufactured, the customer can conduct on-site acceptance inspection or entrust a third-party testing agency. Upon passing the inspection, the customer pays the balance payment, and we arrange for shipment.
  • ⑥ After-sales Follow-up: After the goods are delivered via logistics, we provide after-sales support including installation guidance and operation training.

How are the goods transported and what is the delivery cycle?

We have a professional team specialized in international logistics cooperation. Depending on customer needs and cargo conditions, we offer multiple transportation methods:

  • ①Sea Freight: Suitable for large-volume shipments with cost-effective pricing, covering major ports worldwide, with a delivery cycle of approximately 15–45 working days (specific duration depends on the destination port).
  • ②Air Freight: Suitable for small-batch, urgent orders with fast delivery speed, reaching major airports globally, with a cycle of approximately 3–7 working days.
  • ③Land Freight: Applicable to neighboring countries or regions with land transportation routes, featuring flexible delivery cycles.

The production cycle is 20–45 working days for regular products and 30–60 working days for customized products. The total delivery cycle = production cycle + logistics cycle.

Can you provide door-to-door (DDP/DDU) services?

Yes, we can provide one-stop door-to-door logistics services covering the entire process including customs declaration, commodity inspection, sea/air freight, customs clearance at the destination port, and doorstep delivery. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) includes customs duties, while DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) excludes customs duties. We are well-versed in the customs policies of many countries and regions worldwide, enabling us to effectively avoid customs clearance risks and ensure the smooth delivery of goods to the customer's designated location. The customer only needs to provide the detailed delivery address and relevant customs clearance documents (such as business license, import license, etc., subject to the requirements of the destination country), and we will handle all other matters throughout the process.

What is the product warranty period and what does the warranty cover?

The standard warranty period for all our products is 6 months. The warranty covers quality issues of core components (such as engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, etc.), but does not include damages caused by improper manual operation, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, etc. During the warranty period, if any quality problem arises, we will provide replacement parts for free.

What should I do if the goods are damaged during logistics transportation?

We have purchased international transportation insurance for all exported goods, which covers risks such as damage and loss during transportation. In the event of cargo damage during transit, the customer must take photos and videos of the damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt, and provide the bill of lading, packing list, and other relevant documents to us. We will immediately file a claim with the insurance company and arrange solutions such as replenishment, repair, or refund according to the customer's needs to ensure that the customer's rights and interests are not compromised.
